Yes, we bring all our own tools.
If there is access to your garden without going through the house, we will not need to enter your home. In addition, we use petrol tools so will not need to access your home for electricity. If the only way to access your garden is through your house, we will, of course, need to come inside. You can either arrange a time when you will be at home or arrange for a friend or neighbour to let us in. If we do have to come into your home, our gardeners will always remove their boots or use overshoes. We also provide sheets to cover your floors to ensure everything stays clean.
We still work in the rain; however, weather conditions may affect some jobs. For example, very heavy downpours are not ideal for lawn care and high winds can make tree care dangerous. If we are unable to complete a job on an arranged day due to adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule as promptly as possible at a time to suit you.
Yes, we can provide whatever soil and compost is required. We can also source high quality, shrubs trees and plants at a competitive price.
We will take away all the garden waste produced by our work in your garden. Alternatively, we can put the waste in your compost bin or green waste bin as required.
